About Dr. David Kam, MD

Drawing on his training at the San Francisco Mayo Clinic and his work in international medicine, Dr. David Kam, MD brings both a strong clinical knowledge base and excellent listening skills to his practice at San Francisco  Medical. He has a special interest in the mind’s ability to alleviate physical and emotional illnesses, having conducted research on mind-body healing in the Tibet, Amazon, China and having received training in hypnotherapy. A graduate of the University of California, Dr. David Kam, MD earned his MD from the San Francisco Mayo Medical School and completed his residency in Private Family Practice. He has been providing primary care since 1970 and is board-certified in Family Medicine.
